Voting will remain open in council forums for two weeks and the decision
will be posted here. Any questions, please PM me!
Out of curiosity, is this the same guild that is listed as "Nights Watch" - an alt guild of the Honor? Just trying to keep things straight in my head.

Yes, it is the same guild. I spelled it wrong too. . .its Nights watch, not Knight. .. off to a good start, eh? <.<
Basically it started as a raid bank, then we slowly started moving alts into it, then mains, and now pretty much the entirety of the Lemmings raid group is in the guild. Part of the move was because of the guild changes coming in Cataclysm, we want to make use of them guild levels and have control over how its done - but also a lot of our guilds have been very quiet these past few months and I believe most of us found ourselves hanging out as a group already.
We have no desire to burn any bridges and would love to remain a part of the SGA community that we have been a part of for so long, thus the splinter application. We do see ourselves as somewhat of a raiding guild, but in the most casual sense possible (4 hrs total a week isn't very hard core <.<)
I hope this answers your questions :-)

It was an alt guild of The Honor but now its become a real guild, I figured I should apply as such, but if there is no need then ignore the app and we'll continue to bother folks as we were!

I think an actual app was warranted since the guild would have council reps if they are transitioning to being a "real" guild. Thanks for clearing things up Val. :)

Please write a ten-paragraph essay detailing your familiarity with the SGA's history, policies, and members, and your reasons for wanting to join it.

No, but what makes it hardcore is the other 4 hours a week
we spend trying to find people :D

Min/maxing and theory sites exist to help people find these ways, not to encourage diversity."

There's a club you can join. I think Keenin and Gatling are co-presidents.
