I'll toss in an unasked for opinion.

Pretty much every raid this expansions the Goat raid has
had a "stuck" point. Half of it is people cycling out of
raiding/the game and fill ins disappearing etc.

The most recent was ICC. We were stuck on Rotface, we
couldn't even come close to downing him. 30% would hit
and we'd die.

So we tried Blood Prince Council and managed to down
them, next week we got Rotface for the first time. Week
after that we got Putricide, soon after Blood Queen. The
morale boost of downing Blood Prince carried over in very
tangible ways.

So if you're banging your head against a wall change it up.
For instance Blood Princes with 10% raid health is much
more forgiving for mistakes such as a bomb dropping. Plus
with the DPS your group is capable of producing Blood
Queen will be a pushover once your healers adjust to the
fight.

I don't think we've really hit a wall on Sindragosa in the same way we did with Rotface.  It might feel that way after a bad night, especially considering how long each attempt takes, but each week has seen steady improvement and there only need to be a few minor adjustments on that fight.

I think prolonging getting Yogg+1 done will complicate things though, particularly because it's only a matter of time before it becomes the raid weekly.  The chances of getting all original 10 people on for any given Saturday seems slim, and we will still need to run through some of the other hard modes again for people who missed the first run.  Once we get it done the first time, a re-run through the entire place should be pretty fast whenever we want to schedule it.

Kalipo hit on our biggest problem:  regular attendance.  We have so many people cycling in and out even within a single week.  Really, our 10 man raid group is draws on 15 different players, 4 of which have brought multiple characters.  And only 5 of the original group that was working on Ulduar are still around.

I'm not really worried about lack of progress in ICC10 yet.  We tend to pick a boss and stay on him until he drops, ignoring other wings.  For example, in the entire time ICC has been open, we've put in less than a dozen attempts on Putricide and Blood Princes combined.  We have 7 bosses on farm, and 2-3 more should drop this week if we get any sort of luck and attendance.  That leaves only 2 bosses we've never seen, and one of those is the Lich King himself.

Yogg+1 is a very daunting fight.  A LOT can go wrong.  We just need to get it done and over with, 'cuse in patch 4.0, it might well be impossible on 10 man.
