Hey! Sorry I've been such a flake recently. I am back in a position that I can attend raids regularly again, so I shant be missing anymore for a while :-)
But anyways - I have been contemplating Ice Crown scheduling ideas. I think I would like to cut us back down to two nights a week once ICC comes out and we are finished with Ulduar and ToCr. My hope would be to cut out the Saturday raid night and give us back some weekends.
Let me know what ya'll think :-)

As long as there isn't too drastic of change to the start time, I'm in!

Would that be a corn flake or snow flake or frosted flake?

Quote: once ICC comes out and we are finished with Ulduar

Does that mean when IC comes out and we've finished all the
hard modes in Ulduar/ToCr we'll move to two nights a week,
or does that mean that when IC comes out we'll stop doing
Ulduar/ToCr immediately and move to two nights a week?
Either way, two nights a week sounds good to me.

Since ICC will be gated. Only 4 bosses shall be available at
first. Say "Hello" to continuing in Ulduar and ToGC!

Good point.

Are we going to be continuing with ToCr25 on Sundays?
Personally, I'd prefer we finish up with Ulduar as soon as possible. AKA we get to Mimiron tonight via the shortest path possible and lock it until we get Firefighter. Once we have it, we take down the other 3 keepers and Vez and lock it until we get 1 light.
Once IC is open to us, ToGCr takes a backseat, IMO. I prefer we focus on IC ahead of all others once it opens.
The goal of having Saturday free is a very important one for me. Raiding 3 nights per weekend, and Wed is too much.

I like the idea of having Saturday night free and reducing our schedule to only two nights. However would the two nights consist of Fri/Sun or Fri/Wed? It is difficult for me to stay up until 2AM or 3AM on a week night due to work. If Wednesday night is incorporated into the two night schedule, how long would the raid last? Lately, we have seen a lot of absences and had to reschedule or cancel the Wednesday night raids. I agree with Shiabre, let's get Ulduar done!

The raid nights would likely be Wed/Fri. Part of my reasoning behind cutting a day is to give weekend nights back. We've talked about starting earlier in the past for wed but I think it doesnt work for a lot of people. I would be OK with it, but its up to many scheduals :S
Ulduar - Like I've said before, once we get the Protos I'll consider us essentially done with Ulduar. We may go back someday for Algalon, but I think we deserve a break from that place! If we finish before ICC comes out, then we'll either go back and get some Naxx achievments or just take a break till ICC comes out.
ToCr - I would love to get the hard modes done. I appologize for my repeated absence these last few weeks (I had an afair with another game, it was wonderful, but saddly it is now over *smoke cig*) that and last week I had a flight to worry about the next morning. I hope we can get back on schedual for finishing this place! And with the slow introduction to ICC, we can probably continue to work on ToCr for a few weeks afer ICC comes out.
